All classes are carefully curated to encourage movement, relaxation, mindfulness and healthy alignment.

SUP Yoga

Stand Up Paddleboarding can be traced back to the 18th century when indigenous Hawaiians paddled along the ocean navigating to and from various islands. The SUP we are more familiar with today emerged in the 1940s. Birthed in India, the practice of yoga has benefited human wellness for more than five-thousand years.



SUP Yoga creates opportunity connect with nature – specifically water. Not only are we able to truly shed our ego when we fall in the water, we learn to have more self-acceptance and compassion. While SUP Yoga requires us to focus more on physical balance, it allows our minds to be transported to a place of curiosity, joy, and tranquility. Water teaches us when to be strong and when to be gentle. The fluidity of water shakes hands with the meditative nature of yoga like an old friend.
